AmarniAmarni wanted to break into granite and marble work, in addition to the existing business of cabinet making. After some discussion it was agreed that a simple classic text logo was the go. The text was squashed and stretched then the base tip of the 'n' was extended to balance against the 'A', giving it a classic italian appearance. The tag line was placed underneath with little triangles placed between the words, acting as arrows and directing the emphasis towards the word 'furniture'.The double-sided business card, letterhead and compliment slips were designed with the grey scale square images sillhouetted against the dark blue background, being the blue of the Swan River near the Amarni offices which contrasting with the rusty red colour, similar to that of the red dust in Toodyay where the factory is based.
